Customer problem

This semi-detached home in Someren had an outdated pitched roof. The old tiles were weathered and no longer water-tight, and the roof lacked insulation. We removed the entire roof covering, installed a DAKX breathable membrane, new roof battens and counter battens and laid Keramic VHV Antraciet roof tiles. We also renewed the ridge tiles, installed an Ubiflex lead substitute and replaced the zinc gutters and downpipes. The result is a modern, well-insulated roof with a sleek anthracite look.
